How to post chess games and diagrams in forums

You can post PGNs and FENs into topics and replies using the PGN and FEN tags. Just remember to “close the tags” using a “/”. For example the following text

will yield:

• Clicking on any move will show a “hovering” Chess board with navigation buttons. Try it!
• Posting Chess games using URLs, HTML and iFrames is not allowed.
• The editor will recognise most text and graphical annotations made using standard programs (LiChess, Chessbase etc.). E.g click on White’s move no. 4 in the above game.
