Rules for Club Membership:
[1] If you are participating in a League Match and/or Club Tournament (rated or otherwise) organised by the Club, you will need to be a Paid Member of the Club. The membership fees covers the period from 1st of September till 31st of August the subsequent year.
[2] If you are participating in a League Match and/or a rated Club Tournament it is mandatory to get ECF membership. We recommend at least a silver level. ECF membership is paid directly to ECF. Guidance is available here.
[3] If you are a visitor/social-player, the first six months of membership are free. After which you will need to be a Paid Member regardless of participation level(s). The free period of Club Membership will end on 31st August or six months of membership duration, whichever is earlier.
[4] Club fees may be paid in cash at the Venue or via Bank Transfer to:

[5] Fees will not be refunded should a member decide to leave the Club. Should the same member wish to rejoin the Club at a later date, new fees shall have to be paid for membership. Rejoining members shall not get the benefit of “free” initial months.
